Sebastien Vachon

There's a classic aura to Sebastien's look that gives his modeling work timeless appeal.
It's reported that Sebastian is a native of the Canadian Montreal region and he grew up in a small town atomosphere.  Because of bullying, Sebastien recalled not having a lot of self confidence.  When he became around 17 or 18 he was discovered and since has worked with Paul Reitz, Mckenzie James and others.  Famed photographer Rick Day worked with Sebastian not once but twice.

38 Year Old Adam Faust

He was born in February 1974 in New York, earned an MBA, and described himself as being a great cook.  And make no mistake about it, bearded blond Adam Faust was also hairy, muscled and very macho.  The man with the easy going smile started working in adult media around 2004 and quickly developed a loyal following of fans.   True to his persona, Adam's work on screen and print was that of a no-nonsense guy who understood one of the attractions that draws many people (male and female) to dominant men--self confidence to take what they desire.  As one review noted "Faust takes his time playing with his sex partners and treating them as toys to be enjoyed."  It's reported that he viewed himself as a "fisting top" with his other talents being somewhere in the dark and murky realms of bondage and SM.
Men who normally weren't attracted to this specialized genre of films were tempted to crossover, making him very popular in the business.  Among his famous roles were in movies like Cock Hungry Dads, Folsom Leather, and The Dicks of Hazzard.  Adam died on August 1, 2012.  Details on the cause of death have yet to be released, although some unofficial sources suggest it was heart related.

May he rest in peace.

Retro Mad Mad Jon Hamm's Penis Looks Happy

Weather reports sugget that it was a pretty muggy in New York this past week--  Add a moist humid environment to some thin fabric trousers and toss in a nicely headed penis in a slight state of arousal.

This classicly good looking actor, who plays a retro hunk on TV's Mad Men series, made a splash this month when it looked like his thick man snake was taking him and his friend out for a walk.

Jerry Falwell and Pat Robertson Blamed Feminists, Gays, Pro-Choice for 9/11

The following story was from CNN dated September 14, 2001:
The Rev. Jerry Falwell said late Thursday he did not mean to blame feminists, gays or lesbians for bringing on the terrorist attacks in New York and Washington this week, in remarks on a television program earlier in the day.
On the broadcast of the Christian television program "The 700 Club," Falwell made the following statement:
"I really believe that the pagans, and the abortionists, and the feminists, and the gays and the lesbians who are actively trying to make that an alternative lifestyle, the ACLU, People For the American Way, all of them who have tried to secularize America. I point the finger in their face and say 'you helped this happen.'"

Falwell, pastor of the 22,000-member Thomas Road Baptist Church, viewed the attacks as God's judgment on America for "throwing God out of the public square, out of the schools. The abortionists have got to bear some burden for this because God will not be mocked."
But in a phone call to CNN, Falwell said that only the hijackers and terrorists were responsible for the deadly attacks.

"I do believe, as a theologian, based upon many Scriptures and particularly Proverbs 14:23, which says 'living by God's principles promotes a nation to greatness, violating those principles brings a nation to shame,'" he said.

Falwell said he believes the ACLU and other organizations "which have attempted to secularize America, have removed our nation from its relationship with Christ on which it was founded."
"I therefore believe that that created an environment which possibly has caused God to lift the veil of protection which has allowed no one to attack America on our soil since 1812," he said.
Pat Robertson, host of the 700 Club program, seemed to agree with Falwell's earlier statements in a prayer during the program.

"We have sinned against Almighty God, at the highest level of our government, we've stuck our finger in your eye," said Robertson. "The Supreme Court has insulted you over and over again, Lord. They've taken your Bible away from the schools. They've forbidden little children to pray. They've taken the knowledge of God as best they can, and organizations have come into court to take the knowledge of God out of the public square of America."

National Gay and Lesbian Task Force Executive Director Lorri L. Jean bristled at the idea that gays and lesbians had anything to do with the attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon that may have left thousands dead, and demanded an apology from Falwell.
"The terrible tragedy that has befallen our nation, and indeed the entire global community, is the sad byproduct of fanaticism. It has its roots in the same fanaticism that enables people like Jerry Falwell to preach hate against those who do not think, live, or love in the exact same way he does," she said.

"The tragedies that have occurred this week did not occur because someone made God mad, as Mr. Falwell asserts. They occurred because of hate, pure and simple. It is time to move beyond a place of hate and to a place of healing. We hope that Mr. Falwell will apologize to the U.S. and world communities."

Falwell told CNN: "I would never blame any human being except the terrorists, and if I left that impression with gays or lesbians or anyone else, I apologize."

Above: That's Mitt Romney at  Liberty University, founded by evangelical nightmare Jerry Falwell, which is arguably one of the most conservative colleges (and anti-equal rights for gays) in the nation.

Mark Bingham, 9-11 Hero

It is widely believed that Mark Bingham, along with three other men, confronted the terrorists on United Flight 93 on the morning of September 11, 2001 and that their heroic actions brought the plane down before it could hit its intended target and murder many more people.  This news did not come as a surprise to Mark’s family and those that knew him best.  From their perspective, there would have been no question in Mark’s mind what he would do in that situation.
Mark Kendall Bingham, born May 22, 1970 in Phoenix, Arizona, was a passenger on United Airlines Flight 93 which crashed in Pennsylvania. Mark, an openly gay man, assisted in defending the aircraft against the attackers and is considered one of the many heroes of that day. San Francisco has officially designated September 16 Mark Bingham Day. Mark Bingham's heroic last moment are captured in the film The Flight That Fought Back.

September 1982

Some men just never go out of style.  Back in 1982, if you were shopping at the quick mart and turned to page 55, David was looking pretty sharp in the September issue of Playgirl magazine.  Inside they featured a story on the Moral Majority.  The man on the cover was movie star Christopher Atkins--who was also nude inside.  But it's hairy and big-dicked David Bates (sporting a serious tan line and moustache) that makes this issue a keeper even today.

World's Most Handsome Man, circa 1921

In 1921 Charles Atlas won Physical Culture magazine's $1,000 prize and became crowned the “World’s Most Handsome Man.” by the magazine.  The young and muscular Sicilian had been born in Acri, a tiny town in southern Italy, and had arrived with his parents at Ellis Island in 1903 at age 10 (Angelo Siciliano was his real name).   To be sure, by 1921 he was a rock-solid muscle machine.  But perhaps what's especially interesting is that the magazine contest seems to have factored in his facial looks in determining its winner.  This was the start of the wild roaring 1920's after all, and while athletic achievement is always a good thing, the prize wasn't labeled for having the best physique--it was for being most-handsome man.  As the magazine duly noted "Mr. Siciliano received the highest rating for both face and figure of the more than one thousand competitors in this prize contest."

Then just one year later, Angelo began what was a modest mail-order bodybuilding course.  Fame and riches were not far behind.  His muscle building business would span decades and his eye-catching product advertisements (often placed in superhero comic books aimed at a young male audience) were run in countless magazines (featuring himself in  skimpy leopard briefs, flexing his muscles).  For many an adolescent male living in those decades, the attraction they felt to the nearly-nude muscular man in those advertisements was one of their first inclinations that they might be gay.  In fact, they learned quickly that these sexy ads for bodybuilders (like Charles Atlas) were accepted by society at face value for body training and did not raise eyebrows.  Atlas himself demonstrated his product while going out on nationwide speaking tours, posed for dozens of Greek god-style statues used in artworks, and was featured on hundreds of magazines.

Atlas rode the amazing explosion in male physique media.  During the 1930's, two dozen women worked eight-hour days to open and file the letters that poured into his downtown Manhattan office.  By the early 1950's, a 'dynamic tension' (to quote Charles Atlas) had developed between both the straight and the thinly closeted worlds of physique publications and their audiences.  Atlas would go on to be selected by Forbes Magazine as one of the Century's Super Salesmen.
As Angelo grew older during his lifetime be refused to let his physique diminish. He maintained his morning exercise routine, which included 50 knee bends, 100 sit-ups, and 300 push-up.  At 75, his physique measurements were almost identical to those when he was 30. He spent the last two years of his life reading his Bible and running on the beach.  He died at age 79 in 1972.
